Slow Motion Strength Training Program
Our workouts consist of a unique style of exercise called Slow-Motion Strength Training. Only two 20-minute sessions are needed to achieve optimal results. You will be supervised very closely by a strength trainer who will guide and encourage you through 5-6 different exercises. The exercises are conducted using specialized medical rehabilitation machines set to fit each person's body frame to more precisely target and work that person's muscles.
The slow movement eliminates the possibility of "cheating" by using momentum and acceleration. The muscles are forced to do all of the work, providing them with continuous stimulation. This approach delivers concentrated exercise in a very brief period of time. After you have completed your session, you will have thoroughly exercised your entire body. (And did we mention that you did it in only 20 minutes?)
